SHIPPING POLICY

Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide. No minimum purchase.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Delivery takes 7 to 12 days (Monday to Saturday, Sundays and public holidays excluded), depending on your location.

Order tracking
You can follow your package at any time on our Track your order page, using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs and import duties
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays
While we do our best to meet these delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs or peak seasons. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days, please contact us at contact@genfreyparis.com and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
