TERMS OF SALE

1. Seller
These Terms of Sale govern all sales made on [genfreyparis.com] by GEN FREY SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 5000 €, registered at 220 Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France, under number 921 271 698 (Paris Trade and Companies Register), VAT number FR23 921 271 698, email contact@genfreyparis.com (the "Seller").

2. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

3. Products
Our products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color may occur depending on your screen. All our bags are 100% vegan. The exact materials of each bag are listed on its product page.

4. Prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are at the customer's expense.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the price applied is the one displayed when you place your order.

5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, a product being out of stock, suspected fraud, or an existing dispute with the customer. In that case, you will be fully refunded.

6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, by credit card or any other method offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Installment payments, when offered, are provided by third parties and subject to their own terms.

7. Delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 12 days, depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders over $70. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8. Commercial return policy
All customers may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy: the bag must be unused and in its original condition, with the Gen Frey tag still attached to the handle, and returned in its original dust bag. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

9. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
Customers residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of their order, without giving any reason. To exercise it, inform us by email at contact@genfreyparis.com. We will refund all payments received, including the standard shipping costs of the original order, within 14 days of your request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item. Return shipping costs are at your expense. You may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the item.

10. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

11. Legal guarantees
For customers in the European Union, all products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, under Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, and from the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. To use these guarantees, contact us at contact@genfreyparis.com. Customers in other countries benefit from any mandatory guarantees provided by the law of their country of residence.

12. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures or force majeure.

13. Personal data
Personal data collected during your order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Mediation
In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@genfreyparis.com so we can find a solution together. If no solution is found, customers residing in the European Union may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [name and website of your mediator].

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
