If your bag isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, it must be unused and in its original condition, with the Gen Frey tag still attached to the handle, and sent back in its original dust bag. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns that don't meet these conditions.

Our bags are crafted from high-quality vegan leather or vegan suede: all the elegance of leather, with no animal materials.
Some pieces come in jelly TPU or denim, for a lighter, more playful look.

How do I care for my bag?
Wipe vegan leather gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. For vegan suede, use a soft brush.
Keep your bag away from prolonged sunlight, heat and moisture. When you're not using it, store it in a cool, dry place, lightly stuffed to hold its shape.

Can I return my bag?
Of course. You can return your bag within 30 days of delivery.
