To keep it beautiful, wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid pulling on the woven strips.

Keep it away from prolonged sunlight and heat. When you're not using it, store it in its Gen Frey dust bag, lightly stuffed to preserve its slouchy shape.

Returns

If your bag isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, it must be unused and in its original condition, with the Gen Frey tag still attached to the handle, and sent back in its original dust bag. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns that don't meet these conditions.
